Carolyn Neubauer decided to join the WWBD Board of Directors in 2018 and states “I wanted to be a part of an organization that supports individuals in their grief journey”. She is married with 3 amazing children and 2 beautiful dogs and resides in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota.
Since 2008, she has been employed with St. Cloud Technical & Community College as an Associate’s Degree Nursing Instructor. Her first medical career was as a paramedic, however, worked at the St. Cloud Hospital for 17 years as an Emergency Room nurse. Her education includes a Master’s Degree in Nursing from South Dakota State University. She volunteers as a certified Faith Community Nurse at Living Waters Lutheran Church in Sauk Rapids and is also on the Board of Directors for Central Minnesota TEC.
Carolyn is passionate about being present for those who are experiencing grief and states, “I want to be a part of something that will provide individuals with a place to feel safe, loved and not judged about their grief journey.”
She enjoys spending time at the lake, reading, hanging out with family, caring for others and traveling.
