Tami Kruzel is a mother, a wife, a registered nurse and the President of What Would Bri Do. Randy and Tami married in 1995. They have three children Josh, BriAnna and Brandon. Her education includes a Bachelor's Degree from St. Scholastica in Business Management and Organizational Behavior. Tami worked in the business world for 8 years where she wore many hats including human resources, purchasing, Project Manager and ended as the Director of Operations. The company she was working for was downsizing and her position was eliminated. Since she loved working and caring for people she decided to change the path of her career. She attended St. Cloud Technical College for her LPN and then Central Lakes College where she received her AA Degree in Registered Nursing. She has worked for CentraCare since 2009 and is currently working with the Nephrology Department. Randy and Tami were named the Sartell Citizens of the Year in 2016. Tami has also appeared in the St. Cloud Women in Business Magazine for her work with WWBD.

After losing BriAnna, Tami, Randy and the boys decided that they wanted to do an ice cream social for Bri's birthday and raised approximately $13,000. The non-profit was then founded in November of 2014. Tami channeled her grief into making sure that BriAnna's gift of giving continued on and through the years the non-profit has awarded approximately $50,000 to individuals and organizations in need. Tami is determined to make sure those traveling the grief journey will not travel it alone.
